Call For Papers - CFP

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are glad to invite academic scientists, leading engineers, industry researchers, and scholar students from all over the world to attend the 2026 International Conference on Energy, Power, Electronic, and Mechanical Engineering (EPEME2026), this academic conference will be held at Nanjing, China during March 30-31, 2026. Authors from academia as well as industry working within the scopes of the conference are invited to submit their papers. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations, and to find global partners for future collaboration.

We sincerely invite researchers, scholars, engineers, students, and experts to be interested in these areas and participate in this conference. It will put special emphasis on the participants of PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and other young researchers from all over the world. It would be beneficial to bring together a group of experts from diverse fields to discuss recent progress and to share ideas on open questions. All submissions will be peer reviewed by our International Program Committee on the basis of full manuscripts. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Papers should be formatted according to the paper format. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period.

Publication

All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. Accepted papers after proper registration will be published into the Conference Proceedings, submitted for indexing in EI Compendex, Scopus, IET INSPEC, CPCI/ISTP, Google Scholar, and CNKI Scholar. The full text is online available via the press platform. Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI or EI journals.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Submission Guide

Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

Paper Format: For accepted papers, one registration covers at least 4-5 full pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages over 5 pages will be chargeable. Please follow the instructions of the Template when editing paper. Download the paper submission form to include with your paper.
