    The 2011 IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics and Applications (IEEE-ISIEA2011) will be held at Langkawi; the islands of legends and folklore, renowned internationally as the archipelago of 99 tropical islands, the ultimate holiday paradise. The event is held between 25 - 28 September 2011 and will include a planned half-day island tour, a gala dinner and a cocktail event.

    IEEE ISIEA2011 will be organized and sponsored by IEEE Malaysia Section,IEEE Malaysia Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics & Industrial Applications Joint Chapter.

    The Proceedings of ISIEA 2011 will be included in the IEEE Xplore database and and has already been listed in IEEE conference search website. The Proceedings of ISIEA2010 has already been included in the IEEE Xplore database and has been indexed by EI and included in SCOPUS.

    Authors are invited to submit full papers describing original research.

    Areas of interest includes, but are not limited to the following symposium tracks:

    Special Sessions/Tutorial

    The Technical Program Committee is soliciting proposals for Tutorials focusing on topics relevant to the scope ISIEA2011. Proposals maybe submitted to the program committee at ieeeisieaatgmail.com.

    There will be travel support for selected tutorials with complimentary accomodation & travel support of up to USD600 depending on location that will be announced later.
