The organizing committee warmly invites experts and scholars in the fields of Biomedical, Bioinformatics Engineering, and related disciplines to participate in the conference and to propose a special session.

*Paper submission and registration must follow the standard conference procedures. Upon successful establishment of the special session (with at least six accepted and registered papers), the conference will provide partial financial support.
