The organizing committee of FLUCOME 2011 is pleased to announce that the Eleventh International Conference on Fluid Control, Measurements, and Visualization (FLUCOME 2011) will be held at National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan. Since the first conference held in Japan in 1985, the subsequent conferences have taken places in Europe, North American, and Asia. Now FLUCOME has become a series of well-established international conferences.
