2010 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (MSE 2010) will be held on October 17~18,2010 inWuhan,China. MSE 2010 is co-sponsored by Intelligent Information Technology Application Research Association and Southern Illinoic Univetsity Carbondale and National University of Singapore.The conference proceedings will be published by Intelligent Information Technology Application Research . All papers accepted will be indexed by ISTP.You are invited to contribute papers either in English or Chinese, which must include English title, abstract and references.
