The next generation interactive technologies should aim for empowering people who are economically, educationally or physically challenged. There should also be a driving force to "Bridge the Rural & Urban Divide" which is more prominent in developing countries. Interactive design must address the social, cultural, economic and environmental impacts that are due to current technological developments in various fields.
