Welcome to join in the 2020 4th International Conference on Civil Engineering (ICOCE 2020), which will be held in Dong Hoi, Vietnam during May 7-9, 2020.

For papers submitted to ICOCE 2020, we offer the publications as following:

1. Publication in Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference technical committees and accepted papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings Series, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.

2. Publication in Journal. Submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference technical committees and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Structural and Civil Engineering Research, which will be indexed by Google Scholar, ProQuest, etc.
