2010 International Conference on Information,Communication and Edcuation Application (ICEA 2010) will be held on October 17~18, 2010 in Wuhan, China. ICEA 2010 is co-sponsored by Intelligent Information Technology Application Research Association and Southern Illinoic Univetsity Carbondale and National University of Singapore. The conference proceedings will be published by Intelligent Information Technology Application Research . All papers accepted will be indexed by ISTP.
