Simultaneous submissions to other publication venues are not permitted. Papers should not exceed 4 pages of text using 10-point size type on A4 inch paper (Word Template). All submitted papers (in PDF) could be written in either English or Chinese (both can be EI indexed). Each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. Authors of selected papers (nearly 15% of all accepted papers) will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in well-known international journals (EI indexed), and some papers written in Chinese will be recommended to publish in Chinese core journals.
