    Final Paper Submission and Registration: November 19, 2010

    All the papers will be blind-reviewed and the accepted papers will be

    published in the proceedings book, under an ISBN reference and on

    CD-ROM support. In addition, we intend to invite selected papers after

    complete revision to publish in a special issued journal.
