The objective of KESE 2010 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and government officials involved in the general areas of Knowledge Engineering and Software Engineering to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields.Some Outstanding papers will be selected for Journal ( EI indexed, SCI indexed).All accepted conference papers will be included in IEEE Proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
