The 2011 International Conference on System Design and Data Proceesing(ICSDDP 2011) will be held in Taiyuan,Shanxi during 26-28 February, 2011. ICSDDP 2011 is sponsored by IEEE,North University of China,International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and technical supported by many universities and colleges all over the world. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of system design and data proceesing. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Future Computer and Communication related techniques.All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference.The ICSDDP 2011 conference proceeding will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and be indexed by Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI (ISTP) .
