2022 6th International Conference on Simulation, Modeling and Optimization (CSMO 2022) is a wokshop of DMCIT 2022, which is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), and media supported by MDPI-Information. CSMO 2022 will be held online during Apr. 28-30, 2022.

CSMO 2022 is a not-to-be-missed opportunity that distills the most current knowledge on a rapidly advancing discipline in one conference. Join key researchers and established professionals in the field of Simulation, Modeling and Optimizationas they assess the current state-of-the-art and roadmap crucial areas for future research.

    ●Speakers

    Prof. Xavier Fernando

    Ryerson University , Canada

Xavier Fernando is the Director of Ryerson Communications Lab that has received total research funding of $3,185,000.00 since 2008 from industry and government (including joint grants). He has (co-)authored over 200 research articles, three books (one translated to Mandarin), several book chapters and holds few patents. The present and past members and affiliates of this lab can be found at this LinkedIn group and Facebook page.

He was an IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Lecturer and has delivered over 50 invited talks and keynote presentations all over the world. He was a member in the IEEE Communications Society (COMSOC) Education Board Working Group on Wireless Communications. He was the Chair of IEEE Canada Humanitarian Initiatives Committee 2017-18. He was also the Chair of the IEEE Toronto Section and IEEE Canada Central Area.

    Assoc Prof. Simon FONG James

    University of Macau, Macau, China

Simon Fong graduated from La Trobe University, Australia, with a 1st Class Honours BEng. Computer Systems degree and a PhD. Computer Science degree in 1993 and 1998 respectively. Simon is now working as an Associate Professor at the Computer and Information Science Department of the University of Macau. He is also one of the founding members of the Data Analytics and Collaborative Computing Research Group in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Prior to his academic career, Simon took up various managerial and technical posts, such as systems engineer, IT consultant and e-bommerce director in Australia and Asia. Dr. Fong has published over 300 international conference and peer-reviewed journal papers, mostly in the areas of data mining and optimization algorithms.

    Prof. Edmund Lai

Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand

His long term research goal is to develop data-driven techniques and tools for collective/swarm robotics, and signal processing of data with underlying topological and graph structures including, but not limited to, audio, image and video signals. The emphasis is on the use of sophisticated mathematics to solve concrete problems with a strong interaction between theory and practice. Research efforts will focus on two complementary levels: (1) fundamental and mathematical aspects, and (2) application oriented projects for specific industries.

    Prof. Yang Yue

    Xi'an Jiaotong University, China

He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip.
