Prof. Rajkumar Buyya from The University of Melbourne, Australia, Prof. Changxu Wu from Tsinghua University, China and Prof. Yao Liang from Purdue University School of Science&Indiana University Purdue University of USA will be the keynote speakers.4. The history of BDE conference:BDE 2019 received submissions from all over the world and was successfully held in Hong Kong during June 11-13, 2019.
