All papers must be written in English. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The submission process is carried through ICITI conference management system (http://www.iciti-conf.org/submission). The manuscripts must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, 10-point font in the text. Please use the LaTeX style file or Microsoft Word template to prepare your final version, including figures, tables and references. A standard paper should not exceed 4 pages (extra pages <=2).
