The 2021 international conference on Big Data Technology and instructional design (BDTID 2021) , a branch of the 2nd International Conference on Modern Education and information management (ICMEIM2021) , will be held in Hulunbuir from September 10-12,2021. The conference aims to provide an opportunity for experts, academics, engineers, and technology developers in education and related fields such as big data information and information management to share research results and cutting edge technologies and understand academic trends, broaden the research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, promote the platform of academic results industrialization cooperation. Experts from universities, scientific research institutions, scholars, enterprises and other relevant personnel are invited to attend the conference.

After a critical review by two or three organizing committee experts, the resulting papers will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI COMPENDEX, Scopus.

3.Publication

1. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of BDTID 2021 will be published and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

2.Selected 10 papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.

*All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to SCI Submission System.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
