1. All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration. Each registration will cover only one paper.

2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Note

1. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Group Submission Fee (500 USD) for three papers from a group from the same first author who already has a paid registration.

2. Additional page (paper that more than 4 pages) will be charged 50 USD per page. 

3. One regular registration gets only one proceeding.　

4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.　

5. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener. 

6. Registration fee includes one author's conference proceedings, lunch, gift and attending all technical sessions.

7. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

8. The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.

VENUE

Zhuhai

Located at the southern tip of the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province, Zhuhai is one of the seven special economic zones in China. It faces Hong kong to the east across the sea and joins Macao to the south and Zhongshan to the north. The completion of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge makes Zhuhai the only city in the mainland connected to Hong Kong and Macao by land. The 55 kilometers (22 miles) long bridge shortens the time for land transportation between Zhuhai, Macao and Hong Kong from 3 hours to 45 minutes. Zhuhai is a gardenlike coastal city with 146 charming islands. There are not only long coastlines and excellent beaches, but also a large number of parks which are scattered in every corner of the city and open to tourists free of charge. "Livable" is the label of Zhuhai. It has always been rated as Livable City, Garden City or Happy City, which has also become a highlight of Zhuhai's tourism.
