The International Conference on E-Business and E-Government (ICEE2011) will be held from May 6th to 8th, 2011 in Shanghai, China. With the 30 years of reform and opening in China, Shanghai is one of the most delightful and modern cities in Asia. ICEE 2011 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in E-Business,E-Commerce and E-Government.All the accepted papers will be published by IEEE, and then can be indexed by EI Compendex. There are free printed proceedings for all authors. As suggestion of many authors and co-sponsor universities, the papers submission deadline will be extended to Dec.3, 2010.
