The incidence of an unexpected global health emergency, spreading of Covid 19 pandemic has now created a huge impact on all aspects of the world. Recent events associated with the pandemic have brought much emphasis on services related to the health sector, especially the public health sector. It is now clearly evident that the responsibility of safeguarding the health of the global community not only lies in the hands of health officials, yet is vested upon the community as a whole. Therefore it is essential to possess structured strategies and driving mechanisms in raising awareness, molding human behavior and reaching expected outcomes. This challengeable task is taken up by public health interventions, integrating the efforts and measures of improving the health care system worldwide.It is expected to establish an interactive platform through this conference to recognize the contribution of the public health interventions in safeguarding public health and envisioning the way forward.
