The 2023 2nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (MLAI 2023) will be held on 17-19, February 2023, in Hangzhou, China.MLAI 2023 will focus on the research fields related to "Machine Learning" and "Artificial Intelligence" development, and aims to provide an academic platform for researchers in related fields, college teachers and students, experts and scholars, enterprises and institutions to exchange experience and share achievements. We warmly welcome experts and scholars from all over the world to actively exchange and discuss. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of MLAI 2023 will be published in the conference proceedings, it will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

(1) Papers must be written in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home or abroad.

(2) Authors of published papers are required to submit the full text for peer review.

(3) Authors are required to check the duplicate by themselves through the inquiry system. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.

(4) The paper shall be typeset according to the template, no less than 5 pages, no more than 10 pages.
