The 5th International Conference on Video, Signal and Image Processing (VSIP 2023) will be held in Harbin, China during November 24-26, 2023. VSIP 2023 solicits contributions worldwide that illustrate research results, projects, surveys and industrial experiences in related fields of Video, Signal and Image Processing.

VSIP 2023 is hosted by Harbin University of Science and Technology, China, assisted by Edge Hill University, UK, Chubu University, Japan and Heilongjiang Province Key Laboratory of Laser Spectroscopy Technology and Application, China; scholarly supported by Shandong University, China.

Publication

Accepted papers of VSIP 2023 after proper registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc. (*All the previous Conference Proceedings have been archived in ACM Digital Library and have been indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.)
