Introduction“2011 IEEE International Conference on Wireless Information Technology and Systems ICWITS” is sponsored by four IEEE societies, Antennas and Propagation, Communications, Microwave Technology and Vehicular Technology. It is a sequential of 2010 IEEE ICWITS, which was held in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. The conference will be held in October 2011, in Beijing International Convention Center, China. It will be an informative conference with stimulating technical sessions, workshops and short courses.
