IMVIP 2011 - The Irish Machine Vision and Image Processing Conference, will take place in early September 2011. IMVIP 2011 is the main conference of the Irish Pattern Recognition and Classification Society (IPRCS), a member body of the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR). The conference will be hosted by the Centre for Image Processing and Analysis (CIPA), RINCE, Dublin City University, bringing together theoreticians and practitioners, industrialists and academics, from the many related disciplines involved in the processing and analysis of image-based information.IMVIP 2011 is a single-track conference consisting of high quality previously unpublished contributed papers that emphasises both theoretical research results and practical engineering experience. Full papers will be subject to a double-blind review process by the Programme Committee.
