● ICPE 2024 will take place in Shanghai, China from December 13-15, 2024. It aims to summarize and exchange the latest research results of power engineering technology in China, especially the Greater Bay Area, promote the development and exchange of power technology worldwide, and explore new applications of power technology.

●ICPE 2024 is sponsored by (Shanghai University of Electric Power, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Science and Engineering Institute), hosted by (College of Automation Engineering, Shanghai University of Electric Power). The conference has patrons such as University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres, Haribin Institue of Technology(Shenzhen), Politecnico di Milano, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Northeastern University, Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, University of Ferrara, Horus University-Egypt, and others.

● Accepted and presented papers will be published by *IEEE Conference proceedings*. Published papers are expected to be included in *IEEE Xplore*, and indexed by* EI Compendex, Scopus* and other academical databases etc.

Option 1. ABSTRACTS-Presentation Only

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.

Option 2. Full Paper (Paper Publication)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

Call for special sessions

In addition to the technical sessions, keynote addresses etc., ICPE 2024 will held a series of half day special sessions. ICPE welcome the proposal of special sessions.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to icpesciei.org before Sep 25, 2024. Proposals should include the following information:1. Special session title and brief introduction and Scope and topics of of the special session; 2. General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata)3. Potential participants,such as program committee members and invited speakers
