The 4th World Symposium on Electrical Systems, which will be held in Lanzhou, Gansu, China, from June 6-8, 2025. The conference is sponsored by Lanzhou Jiaotong University and hosted by the School of Automation and Electrical Engineering at Lanzhou Jiaotong University, with patronage from Tianjin University, the Institute of Electrical Engineering at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, North China Electric Power University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, China Electric Power Research Institute Co.,Ltd, and others.

We welcome you to attend the upcoming WSES 2025. This conference aims to bring together experts and scholars in the industry to share the latest research findings and technological advancements, as well as to discuss innovations and developments in the field of electrical systems.

Option 2. Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

WSES 2025 proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to wsessciei.org before April 15, 2025. Proposals should include the following information:1. Special session title and brief introduction; 2.
