The IEEE LCN conference isthe premier conference on the leading edge of practical computer networking. During thelast 34 years, it has been the venue of choice for presenting many state of the artdevelopments ranging from high-speed local networks to the global Internet to specializedsensor networks. Short papersare an opportunity to present preliminary or interim results and are limitedto 4 pages in length. Short papers will be presented in a poster format andpublished in the proceedings.
