2026 15th International Conference on Information and Electronics Engineering will be held in Tokyo, Japan during March 20-22, 2026. It aims to provide a more ideal forum for researchers, practitioners, and professinals from the industry, academia and government who are working in the field of information and electronics engineering to discourse on research and development, professional practice in related fields.

ICIEE 2026 is organized by Jeju National University, and technically supported by Fukuoka Institute of Technology. ICIEE 2026 hopes to attract papers related to the latest implementation of applications, principles, and algorithms in the broad area of information and electronics engineering, including but not limited to computer science, information sciences, and telecommunications.

☛ PUBLICATION

Peer-reviewed papers accepted by ICIEE2026 will be published in conference proceedings, which will be submitted to Scopus, Ei Compendex, etc., for indexing.

A set of selected papers with extended parts will be published in the International Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering & Telecommunications (ISSN: 2319-2518), which will be indexed by Scopus (CiteScore 2023: 5.9), Google Scholar, etc.

☛ SUBMISSION

Submitted manuscripts should be written in English conforming to the required template. All paper submissions must represent original and unpublished work.

1. Full Paper (Publication and Presentation): Authors are kindly invited to submit full papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers in .PDF format will be accepted via submission system;

2. Abstract (Presentation Only) : To encourage discussion of late-breaking results or for work that is not sufficiently mature for a full paper, we will accept abstract submission. These submissions will NOT be considered for publication. Accepted abstracts will be invited for oral presentation at the conference.
