    2026 14th International Conference on Software and Information Engineering (ICSIE 2026) will be held during January 16-18, 2026 in Himeji, Japan. It's sponsored by The British University in Egypt, organized by University of Hyogo, and co-organized by University of Derby. ICSIE 2026 will offer an extensive program of interest to academia and industry. It will include several excellent keynote speeches, invited speeches, parallel sessions, etc. A series of exciting speeches to develop skills in and advance awareness of requirements engineering practices is of particular interest to industry.

    ICSIE is an annual event focusing on state of the art technologies pertaining to digital information, communications, network technology and multimedia. It is an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to meet together and discuss the recent trends in computer applications. Young researchers are highly encouraged to submit their work to the conference.

    Submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed by the conference scientific committees. Accepted and presented papers will be included into Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

    Call for Special Sessions

    Special sessions, held in parallel with the general conference, are an integral part of the conference. They provide researchers in focused areas the opportunity to meet and present their work, and offer a forum for interaction among the broader community world-wide. Special-session proposals should be submitted by the prospective organizer(s) who will commit to promoting and handling the review process of their special session as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the event. A special session should include at least 5 papers. Topics of interest are in all areas of Software and Information Engineering and similar to main conference topics. Papers submitted to special sessions will have to be evaluated and peer-reviewed along the very same criteria of the regular sessions. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion to conference proceedings as well as various Abstracting and Indexing databases.

    In that case, if speciall session is established with at least 5 papers, 400USD discount will be provided for special session chair's registration fee. Special session that fails to attract enough papers will be merged into the general conference or suitable alternative session.
