2026 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence (ISMSI 2026), co-organized by India International Congress on Computational Intelligence (IICCI, www.iicci.in) and Cebu Institute of Technology University, and supported byTokyo Metropolitan University, will be held in Cebu City, Philippines during April 24-26, 2026.

It is the 10th edition of ISMSI. The main objective of ISMSI 2026 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Intelligent Systems, Metaheuristics & Swarm Intelligence topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up- to- date scientific fields.

☛ PUBLICATION

Submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed by the conference scientific committees. Accepted and presented papers will be included into Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

☛ Selected papers after at least 30% extension will be recommended to Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) Special Issue.
