    The 2026 International Conference on Geomechanics and Underground Engineering (GUE 2026) will be held from February 6-8, 2026, in Sanya, China. The conference aims to bring together experts, scholars, and engineering professionals from around the world in the fields of geotechnical engineering and underground engineering to jointly discuss the latest theoretical research achievements, technological advancements, and engineering practice experiences. The conference covers a wide range of cutting-edge topics including rock and soil mechanics, constitutive modeling, multiphysical coupling, numerical simulation of tunneling and excavation, ground reinforcement and support, structure–ground interaction, geotechnical risk and reliability, slope stability, geohazard prevention and mitigation, sustainable underground engineering solutions, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital twin applications.
