    #The 10 International Conference on Intelligent Software Methodologies, Tools,

    and Techniques (SOMET_11) will take place on September 28~30, 2011, in Saint

    Petersburg, Russia at University ITMO, http://en.ifmo.ru/

    at a palace in the heart of St. Petersburg, (pearl of the Baltic). It is one of the oldest high research institution in Russia.

    The Proceedings of the conference will be published as a book by IOS

    International Publisher in series: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and

    Applications, and distributed at the conference.

    The length of the paper for submission would be up to 20 pages A4

    style page format, and the style format would be according to the IOS

    format. All papers are to be submitted as PDF file format or MS word
