General Information

The aim of the ICECS conference series is to provide a forum for laying the foundations of a new principled approach to Environmental and Computer Science. To this end, the meeting aims to attract participants with different backgrounds, to foster cross-pollination between different research fields, and to expose and discuss innovative theories, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and applications.

The ICECS 2011 is Co-sponsored by Asia-Pacific Chemical, Biological & Environmental Engineering Society (APCBEES) and IACSIT, and supported by CBEES Members and scholars from universities all round the world. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.

ICECS 2011 will be published in the conference proceedings, and as usual, all papers will be indexed by Thomson ISI Proceedings.

About 20 papers selected from the registered ones will be published in the International Journal of Environmental Science and Development (IJESD, ISSN:2010-0264) free of charge.
