The aimof this workshop is to encourage activities in this field, and tobring together WWW researchers with e-activities. Unlike conventionalconferences, this workshop will mainly discuss and explore scientificand practical problems as raised by the participants. The focus of theworkshop will be on computer science, cognitive science, webtechnology, artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems on the web,WWW, semantic web, etc. In particular, the workshop will bringtogether researchers from Computer technology on the web. Submitted papers will be evaluated onsignificance, originality, technical quality, and exposition. Theyshould clearly establish the research contribution. All acceptedpapers will be provided an oral presentation at the conference.(Multiple submission policy for papers: Papers that are beingsubmitted to other conferences, whether verbatim or in essence, mustreflect this fact on the title page. ::::Format Guidelines::::We encourage submission in IEEE CS style format. (See the IEEE CS homepage:). The length of papers is recommended to be 6 pages length. Allsubmissions must include the author's name(s), affiliation, completemailing address, phone number, fax number and email address. Allpapers must be submitted in PDF format.::::Publication::::IWEA 5 in 2011 Proceedings will be published by IEEE and would beindexed by EI, INSPEC, and DBLP.Selected papers that are presented at the conference will be publishedthe expanded versions of their papers in an approved special issue ofthe International Journal of Computer and Information Science. For apaper to be published, at least one author must attend e-Activity topresent it.
