TACI was established in 2009. The Association’s purpose is to support curriculum studies both in Turkey and worldwide, to cooperate with related institutions in this area, and to provide organizational support for scholarly conversation within national and across international borders regarding the content, context and educational process of curriculum and instruction.

TACI held the First National Curriculum and Instruction Congress in May 2010 in collaboration with Balıkesir University. In accordance with recommendations from area experts and academicians, the association’s management decided to hold the second congress on curriculum and instruction at Anadolu University with international participation.

INCCUI2011 will provide an interdisciplinary forum for colleagues, researchers, academicians, graduate students, teachers, and project leaders all over the world to discuss the key issues in curriculum and instruction more broadly by means of paper and poster presentations, discussion groups, project works and workshops.

Thus, Anadolu University and TACI invite all colleagues, academicians, graduate students, teachers, project leaders and researchers who are interested in curriculum and instruction to INCCUI 2011.
