    The 11th International Conference on Telecommunications, ConTEL 2011,

    will be held in Graz, Austria, from June 15-17, 2011. The conference

    venue will be the Graz University of Technology campus at Inffeldgasse.

    The conference program will feature technical paper sessions, keynote

    talks, and workshops, covering a broad range of topics in

    telecommunications.

    * Submission and Review Process

    Papers submitted to ConTEL must not have been published, submitted,

    or accepted for publication elsewhere. IEEE policy regarding

    plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly

    enforced. Papers must be submitted electronically via EDAS

    (http://www.edas.info). The submissions should not exceed 8 pages,

    and should follow the IEEE double-column format for conferences.

    Templates will be available on the conference website.

    Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by

    the TPC, and evaluated for originality, technical correctness,

    relevance, and quality of presentation. The proceedings will be

    published in the ConTEL 2011 Proceedings and in IEEExplore(tm), and

    submitted for indexing in INSPEC.
