*** Deadline for submissions: 15 April 2011 ***Workshop GoalThe objective of the workshop is to bring together industry and science by providing a platform for discussion, interaction and collaboration. Industrialpapers should either describe challenges of system or software testing that could trigger future research activities or present comparable results of applying model-based testing in practice. Research papers are expected to present promising ideas or possible solutions to industrial challenges in the field of model-based testing. Submitted papers should cover at least one of the following topics:- Model-based test design and specifications- Test languages and methodologies (e.g. TTCN-3, UML testing profile)- Guidelines and best practices for model-based testing- Model-based test approaches for emerging technologies like SOA or Cloud- Model-based test processes and standard compliance (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262, IEEE 829, ISO 14971)- Executable test models and simulation- Derivation of test models from system models- Architecture-driven testing- Requirements-driven testing- Risk-based testing with model-based technologies- Test models for non-functional quality properties (e.g. reliability, safety, performance)- Quality and validation of test models- Optimization and prioritization of test case suites- Combination of model-based testing, model-based inspections, and formal model analysis- Tool automation and tool support- Cost and economic impact of model-based testing- Experience reports and case studiesAll accepted papers will be published by IEEE.SubmissionsAuthors should submit full papers of up to 6 pages, following strictly the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript style, using two-column, single-space format, with 10-point font size. Figures and references must be included in the 6 pages. Oversized papers will be automatically rejected by the PC chairs. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register early to attend the conference, in order for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings. The best paper will be awarded at the end of the workshop.Important datesSubmission date: 15 April 2011Notification of acceptance: 15 May 2011Submission of camera-ready version: 31 May 2011OrganizationThomas Bauer, Fraunhofer IESE, GermanyMarc-Florian Wendland, Fraunhofer FOKUS, GermanySebastian Wieczorek, SAP, GermanyKeywords: Accepted papers list.
