    Authors are invited to submit original contributions to the conference. It is expected that the same set of authors would submit no more than two papers. The papers must be presented in the conference. The suggested themes are given below but not restricted to:

    Paper submission format:

    Paper should be submitted electronically in prescribed IEEE format no longer than 6 pages of A4 size.
