IMPORTANT DATESSubmission deadline: Extended till the 15th of March 2011Target publication date of special issue: 3rd quarter of 2011MOTIVATION AND SUGGESTED TOPICSAn increasing number of activities of public and private organizationsare engineered and managed as services, often creating a new potentialfor economic growth and welfare through innovation and productivitygains.
