2011 International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Management( IEM 2011) will be held in Zhengzhou,China, during 12~14 August, 2011. It is an important special session within the 5th International conference on Management and Service Science (MASS) held in Wuhan, 2011.

IEM 2011 is the leading international gathering of people from academia, professionals and industry in the field of industrial engineering and management. In this annual conference, researchers and practitioners around the world gather together to interact, to inform and to inspire. IEM 2011 attendees will have many opportunities to discuss their research with these prominent peers. IEM 2011 also provides a quality platform for the broad dissemination of significant research results and innovative practices through conference presentations and published proceedings. We invite authors to submit original papers that contain significant research results, development work, and innovative practices to IEM 2011.
