    The Distributed Systems field is continuously evolving. The International Conference on new distributed systems technologies (NOTERE: NOuvelles TEchnologies de la REpartition) is a bilingual (French/English) forum for engineers and scientists from industry and academic institutions. The recent technology advances and latest research results in the design, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of distributed system, applications, algorithms and architectures can be presented and discussed. NOTERE 2011 will include invited speakers, tutorials and workshops in conjunction with the conference. For its 11th edition of NOTERE, the conference will be held at Telecom ParisTech, Paris, France.
