Changes in technology, globalization, and increasedcompetition have all created an environment in which creativity andinnovation are needed in order to cope with situational and economicpressures and frequent changes. Designers and Developers oforganizational systems must therefore innovate almost continuously tokeep the organization aligned with such changes. Creativity is acritical pre-condition for innovation. Providing employees, customers and partners with tools to thinkcreatively has been proven to increase innovation in organizations.Research shows that organizations which have established skill-basesand tools for creativity outperform the competition in terms ofrevenue, rolling out new products, innovation and growth. Thoughorganizations deploy groups for most creative processes, there hasbeen little research in the area of group creativity. Manychallenges that arise from pursuing creativity in teams remainunexplored. This minitrack provides one of the key international platforms onwhich the following issues can be discussed:1.???
