The conference will be held in Hangzhou, China during Apr. 16-18, 2021!This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers and engineers to share their ideas, recent developments and successful practices in data mining, communication and the related topics in information technology. It is expected that with the face to face discussions among peers from different but related areas, new ideas, methodologies and technologies can be produced, and collaborations among researchers in different countries can be facilitated.●Publication and Indexing1. All the registered and presented papers will be published in the IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.2. All registered and presented papers will be online publishing. *Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.3. Sepcial Issue on Advanced Computational Intelligence Methods for Processing Brain Imaging Data, which will be published in Frontiers in Neuroscience (Brain Imaging Methods),index by SCOPUS, SCIE and other databases4. Special Issue on Emotion Recognition Using Brain-Computer Interfaces and Advanced Artificial Intelligence, which will be published in Frontiers in Psychology (Emotion Science), indexed by SCOPUS, SSCI and other databases.DMCIT 2020/2019/2018/2017 conference proceedings has been indexed by EI Compendex!●SpeakerProf. Yulin Wang, Wuhan University, ChinaProf. Yulin Wang is a full professor and PhD supervisor in the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, China. He served as editor-in-chief for International Journal of Advances in Multimedia. His research interests include image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent system, e-commerce, IoT, code clone and so on.Prof. Yucong Duan, Hainan University, ChinaYucong Duan is currently a full professor in college of science and information technology, Hainan University, P.R.China. He is a senior member of CCF and a senior member of IEEE. He has published more than 100 international journal or conference papers and applied more than 80 Chinese patents. His research interests include: Artificial Intelligence, Cyberspace Security , Knowledge Management, etc.Prof. Ce Zhu, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, ChinaCe Zhu is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. His research interests include image/video coding and communications, 3D video, visual analysis and understanding, visual perception and applications. He has served on the editorial boards of a few journals, including as an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, and IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials. He has also served as a Guest Editor of a few special issues in international journals, including as a Guest Editor in the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, and an IEEE CASS Distinguished Lecturer (2019-2020).Prof. Kaizhu Huang, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, ChinaProf. Kaizhu Huang is a Professor at the Department of Intelligent Science, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China. He serves as Associate Editor or Senior Associate Editor in four international journals: Neural Networks (JCR Tier1 Journal), BMC Big Data Analytics, Cognitive Computation (JCR Tier1 Journal) , Neurocomputing (JCR Tier 1 Journal). He has published 9 books and over 200 international research papers.
