Introduction: ISNOG aims at dealing with the synthesis, processing, characterization, modelling and physical properties of novel non-oxide, hybrids and optically transparent glasses with high technological impact potential.The intended event of the present kind provides a great opportunity for chemists, physicists, device engineers and technologists to conglo-merate and share the ideas, solutions and issues related to the crucial role played by these materials in the cutting edge technologies.The proposed program is scheduled for five days, enabling the participants to have unstinting exchange of their ideas through active participation and contri-butions.
