Aims & Scope: Human Systems Management (HSM) is an international journal addressing the need to understand and shape the organizational and managerial impact of high technology. The journal proceeds by seeking to promote an interface of two inseparable and complementary aspects of managing: Management of human systems: the science and technology of management, striving for productivity, efficient performance and technical competence through effective organization Human management of systems: the art of management, linking humans into productive teams and catalyzing their creative potential through enterprise, leadership, innovation and participation. The gap between the new ideas employed by world-class international management and what is being discussed in traditional business journals is often large. The latter often contain discussions which practice already refuted. This is also reflected in inadequate curriculae in business schools. To reverse this trend, HSM attempts to provide the research, theory and education commensurate to the needs to today's world-class management. In other words, the journal aims to study methods which actually are bringing success in business.
